Ban Kham Chanod Located at Tambon Wang Thong, Udon Thani Province, in the northeast of Ban Dung District, with an area of approximately 20 rai, which is surrounded by water in an island-like condition. There is a grove of palm trees that look like palm trees mixed with coconut trees, called Chanot trees. People in the days called this place. "Wang Nakinthon Kham Chanod".
It is believed that the sacred well in the middle of the grove is the gateway to the underground city. It is the residence of Phaya Sutthonak. The strange thing is that in Dong Chanot, there is water that absorbs water all the time. but never had a flood.
To get there, take Highway No. 22 (Udon Thani - Sakon Nakhon), turn left at Ban Nong Mek. Go to Ban Dung District for another 9 kilometers to Ban Kham Chanod.
