Ku Praphachai (Ku Ban Na Kham Noi) Bua Yai, Nam Phong, Khon Kaen. Ku Praphachai, an ancient Khmer-style tower, was constructed around the thirteenth century during the reign of King Jayavarman VII of the ancient Khmer Empire.

It is built of laterite bricks and sandstone. Although nowadays it looks dilapidated, the temple and villagers take good care of it.

It also houses a Buddha image and a large holy stone which is placed on an altar for visitors to pay respect to. With sacred objects to pay homage to and history to learn about, Ku Praphachai is one of Khon Kaen’s best places to visit.

Travel: You can use the same route as Phra That Kham Kaen . Drive past Phra That Kham Kaen and continue your journey until you see a bridge ahead.

Before reaching the bridge, turn left onto an asphalt road that runs alongside an irrigation canal. Drive along the road as far as a bridge on your side, which will lead you to the village of Ban Na Kham Noi, where Ku Praphachai is located.
