Traditional Chinese Dessert Making It is an ancient tradition of making Chinese desserts. This is a tradition that the people of Thung Na Ngam sub-district carry out for many generations by joining in making Kanom Jeen using the ancient process and making merit together using Kanom Jeen.
 
Step 1 Soaking rice flour for 5 nights by washing it out, changing the water, soaking in the morning and evening in the 1st stage, soaking it for 2 nights, then rubbing it to make starch water. Then take the crushed rice Put in 3 more jars and then drain the soaked water. Put the flour in a basket and form into a ball.
 
Step 2 Bring the dough balls to a boil in a pan of very boiling water. Boil until happy, about half an hour. Then rinse with cold water.
 
Step 3 Then pound the dough ball until the dough is homogeneous. And put a little water mixed with tapioca flour and mix a little in a mortar until the dough is soft.
 
Step 4 Then bring the flour to liquefy. Then put in a cylinder to sprinkle in a pan of boiling water. You will get a long line of Khanom Jeen noodles. Scoop up and wash with cold water. and are then taken into chestnuts, arranged into baskets, to get a traditional Chinese dessert that smells inviting to receive the president Once you have tasted the delicious and delicious Kanom Jeen, you will never forget Khanom Jeen Ancient, Thung Na Ngam Sub-district.
