Luang Pho To Wihan Loi When Burma was in power, troops came to surround Phitsanulok. The Burmese army had to travel through Kong Krailat district, the Burmese used cannons to bombard Luang Por To temple until it was completely destroyed, but could not shoot Luang Por To at all. Luang Pho To had to sit in the sun and in the rain on the full moon night of the third month.

 

The villagers near the temple heard the sound of the earth shaking. It was silent for a moment. In the morning, the villagers went to the temple to see Luang Phor To perform a miracle. By moving the Buddha image from the original place to be under the Koon tree, which is about 3 wa away from the original place, the villagers call each other until today that "Luang Por To Wihan Loi" is located in Wat Kong Krailas.
