City Pillar Shrine enshrined inside the City Pillar Shrine On the west bank of the Nan River Close to City Hall, Phitsanulok Province, designed by the Fine Arts Department. is a top prang.
 
The City Pillar is made of many kinds of auspicious wood, namely from the base of the trunk to the mulberry. Made from Ratchaphruek The upper part of the plexiglass is made of rosewood. The top of the lotus flower consists of a crystal ball made of golden teak. and brought to the Putthaphisek ceremony at the Temple of the Emerald Buddha in Bangkok.
