Wat Nikhom Rat Rangsan is located at No. 1 Ban Wang Maduea, Village No. 10, Ao Noi Subdistrict, Mueang District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. This Mahayana Buddhist temple covers an expansive 105 rai (about 41 acres). Founded on July 19, 1963, the temple received its official consecrated boundary (wisungkhamsima) in 1967, and its current abbot, Phra Khru Sutthakunathorn, oversees its administration and religious activities.
The temple is well-known among local residents and visitors alike for its 326-step staircase, which leads to the summit of Nikhom Hill. At the peak, an exquisite Buddha statue is enshrined, drawing both locals and tourists who come to pay their respects and take in the breathtaking natural scenery. From this elevated vantage point, visitors can gaze out over the panoramic views of KM 5 Subdistrict Municipality and the town of Prachuap Khiri Khan, where the quiet ambiance and stunning scenery make it a perfect destination for peaceful reflection.

Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by a serene environment and natural beauty, with a pathway that leads to the summit of Nikhom Hill.
