Ban Tat Thong Archaeological Site Located at Ban Tad Thong, Tat Thong Sub-district, Mueang District, is a large earthen mound about 3 meters high, surrounded by a ditch around 1 layer, in an oval shape, laying along the northeast - southwest direction, about 500 meters wide. Approximately 650 meters long, the city is now divided into two parts.

The sema leaves that are found are different from the sema leaves that are found in the early and middle communities of the Chi River. In Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Maha Sarakham, and Kalasin, the latter generation has come down to the present, with a Thai-Lao community living in it. The important religious places of the community are Phra That Kong Khao Noi and Phra That Ban Sadao.
