The Hall of Fame Banhan Silpa-Archa Sanam Chai, Muang Suphan Buri, Suphan Buri. This hall of fame originated from the corporation of Suphanburi’s local people by donating money to set up the place without using any government budget.
The Hall of Fame is designed and constructed by Fine Arts Department. The building has two floors. H.E. Banhan Silpa-Archa’s personal background and works are exhibited inside the building, from childhood to royal endorsement to be the prime minister.
The Hall of Fame was announced to be one of the organizations under National Archives of Thailand in order to be the place for young people to study the history of Thai politics and a role model of the way of life.
The Hall of Fame had two floors for exhibitions. The first floor reproduces the atmosphere of "Yong Yoo Hong" shop in Suphanburi market around the year 1944.
It portrays childhood life of young Banhan in the age of 12 and his responsibility for the family. The story is about a tough boy from Suphanburi who helped his brother work until he had his own business later and became secure in financial status.
The exhibition also shows the various important events in Banhan’s life before participating in politics including his Buddhist ordination and marriage. His works are also shown on this floor. For example, how he helped and developed Suphanburi province, life and role in politics.
The second floor is about the royal endorsement to officially approve Banhan Silpa-Archa to be Thailand’s 21st Prime Minister, works and important policies of the government during the period of Prime Minister Banhan together with all the honours he received.
