Located on Bhud Naka Hill in Nakhonsawan City at the east side of Chao Phra Ya river before Dechatiwong Bridge. It is the ancient temple which believed that it was built by Myanmar Army in the first war to show that they also have faith in Buddhism.
On the top of the hill, located the imitating Buddha’s foot print. The legend says during the reign of King Rama V , soldiers used the chapel as the meeting place. No matter how many soldier came inside, the chapel still have empty room.
So people called this chapel “The Angle Made”. Every December, they have the annual worshipping of the Buddha’s Foot print festival which called “Wat Khoa Festival” and they have a narrow boat racing.
How to get there Use number 32 road, before you get to Dechatiwong Bridge, turn left to the temple. It is far from town about 1 kilometer.
Tourist Activity You can enjoy the beautiful view and the temple, pay homage to the Buddha’s image and his foot print.
