Somdej Phra Sri Suriyothai Monument Located at Tambon Ban Mai Thung Makham Yong is located in the northwest. 3-4 kilometers away from the city of Ayutthaya, the condition is a plain along the eastern bank of the Chao Phraya River.

Thung Makham Yong used to be a historically important battlefield. Therefore, the government has created a project to build a monument of Somdej Phra Suriyothai. It is a project built according to the royal initiative. The Thai government and people have joined together to build a bow to honor Her Majesty Queen Sirikit.
