Hill Tribe Development and Welfare Center Tak Province is located at Tambon Phawo on Doi Muser, under the supervision of the Department of Public Welfare. Inhabited by various hill tribes, this center is over 800 feet above sea level.
 
Starting from the 25th - 26th kilometer, with a total area of ​​26,500 rai, the hill tribes living in the Doi Muser area include the Black Muser, Hmong or Meo and Lisu tribes. Currently, most of the hill tribes living in Thailand migrate from the southern provinces of Thailand. China and Muang Pan in the Shan State of the Union of Myanmar including the Kengtung area.
