Grandparents' day is on the 15th day of the waning moon of the 10th lunar month, so making merit on the grandparent's day is equally important. But on the delivery day, grandparents will prepare various special sweet and savory dishes along with household items. It is believed that they are prepared for grandparents to bring back to use.

 

Rituals have merit-making offerings from the early morning. Bring food offerings to monks, put them on the alms bowl, and then put them on the shop called Prat shop, which is built with a platform in the middle of the temple courtyard. for villagers and children to compete for food or to compete with each other

 

The desserts that grandparents usually make in the 10th month are Khanom La, Khanom Lak, Khanom Zhu Chun, Khanom Ba, Khanom Khai Pla, Ya Nom, Khanom Phong, Boiled Soup, and various fruits.

 

After making merit in the morning, the ancestors' names are covered Some localities will do this in the evening to complete the ceremony.
