Travel
Car You can take a private car from Bangkok. Follow Petchkasem Road (National Highway No. 4) to Phang Nga Province. The distance is about 850 kilometers (11 hours) and heading to Takua Thung District until the junction takes the provincial highway number 4144 to Ao Phang Nga National Park. It is about 2.5 kilometers away from the junction.
By plane, you can travel to Bangkok Airport. and take a plane to the international airport Phuket Province It takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes, then travel by car for about 61 kilometers, takes about 1 hour to reach Phang Nga Province, take a car (minibus) on the Phang Nga-Tha Dan route, a distance of 9 kilometers.
Boat You can charter a boat or contact a travel agency. at Ban Tha Dan Pier Mueang Phang Nga District or Surakul Pier Takua Thung District, Phang Nga Province, with the charter rate as follows: 2 - 4 passengers are 800 baht; 5 - 10 passengers are 1,000 baht; 11 - 15 passengers are 1,500 baht.
By train, you can take the train at Hua Lamphong Railway Station, Bangkok, arriving at the train station in Phunphin District, Surat Thani Province. Then take a bus for about 160 kilometers (3 hours) to reach Phang Nga Province.
Bus You can travel by air-conditioned car, Lignite Tour, or Bus Station on the route Phang Nga - Bangkok. At the Southern Bus Terminal, Bangkok, at the rate of 441 baht (for a 32-seater car) and at a rate of 685 baht (for a 24-seater car), the distance is about 850 kilometers, the journey takes about 11 hours.
