Get There: From Chiang Rai City Ban Lor Yo is approximately 70 kilometers from Chiang Rai City, about a two-hour drive. Start from Chiang Rai City and head towards Doi Mae Salong via Phahonyothin Road (Highway 1). Then, turn onto Highway 1089 and follow the signs to Doi Mae Salong. The route includes winding and steep sections, but the journey is rewarded with breathtaking natural views. If driving a private vehicle, ensure it is in good condition, especially the brakes and tires, for a safe journey.
