The Ta Phraya National Park was declared a National Park in 1996. The park covers an area of 371,250 rai (equivalent to 594 sq.km.).
The area surrounding the park and the boundary of the park form a straight line connecting Pangsida National Park from the west to Cambodia in the east. In the north, the park is connected to Tab Lan National Park and Burirum province. This is also where the administrative offices of the park are located.
How to get there
By Bus From Aranyaprathet, take the Aranyaprathet – Buri Ram bus for approximately 1 hour to Wat Khao Chong Tako which is opposite the Office of the National Park.
By Other Take Highway 33, passing Mueang Sa Kaeo District and Watthana Nakhon District. At Aranyaprathet District, turn left into Highway 348 around Km. 76, approximately 27 kilometres passing Ta Phraya District, the entrance to the Office of the National Park will be seen. It is a laterite road stretching for 13 kilometres to the Office.
