Method (Kanom Thai)

Flour mixture

Method

3. The second ingredient is divided into 2 parts. Part 1 add water to float jasmine flowers. Stir the ingredients together. Filter with some white cloth, set aside. Part 2, add concentrated pandan juice, stir to combine. Filter with white cloth and set aside.
 
4. Then put the steamer on medium heat, put water in the pot. adjust the amount of cooked snacks Meanwhile, prepare the tray By bringing oil to spread over the tray. Steam the tray first for about 5 minutes, then pour the green part of the dessert into steam for about 5 minutes, then pour the white part into the steamer for another 5 minutes, alternating like this for layers 1-5. It takes 5 minutes to steam each layer, while the 6-8 layers take 1 minute to steam each layer, and the 9th layer takes 10 minutes to steam. Remove from steamer Cut into desired pieces and serve. Ready to eat.
