Ingredients (Southern Food Recipe)
- Pork neck 500 grams

- 1/2 tablespoon sweet dark soy sauce

Method
1. Prepare a pounding machine, set up a mortar, add garlic, shallots, then pound them together thoroughly. Then add enough curry paste. Then pound again until thoroughly combined again.
 
2. Heat the pan, add a little oil, add the minced meat and stir-fry over medium heat. Then add the prepared pork and stir-fry until the mince and pork are mixed together well until the pork begins to cook. Then season with palm sugar. Fish sauce, sweet dark soy sauce. If it's too thick, you can add water. Then stir-fry the seasonings well with the pork until the pork is cooked and mixed well with the seasonings. and the water began to dry up.
 
3. Eat with side dishes such as shallots, chili, yardlong beans and sour mango. With hot steamed rice.
