Ramkhamhaeng National Museum It is located on the right side of Sukhothai Historical Park. It is a collection and display of antiquities obtained from archaeological excavations in Sukhothai and the people donated. received an outstanding award The 7th Thai Tourism Industry Awards 2008 in the category of Northern Cultural Tourist Attractions
The museum is divided into 3 sections:
1. Lai Sue Tai 700 Year Building is a new building located in front of the main building entrance. It exhibits art objects from the Sukhothai period such as Buddha images, utensils, crockery, chinaware and inscriptions.
2. The museum building is divided into 2 floors, the ground floor exhibits artifacts from the survey, excavation, excavation and restoration of the Sukhothai Archaeological Site, Si Satchanalai, Kamphaeng Phet, and the upper floor exhibits stone inscriptions from the Sukhothai period. Bronze Buddha images, idols, Sangkhalok jars, and weapons Sangkhalok crockery, money, water pipes and display of the Sukhothai irrigation system.
3. Open Air Museum outside around the main building It exhibits various art objects such as stone Buddha images, etching plates, various Thai-style buildings. model durian stove and Sema Dharma Chakra Sila, etc.
