Wat Khok Salut It is an ancient temple formerly known as Wat Khok Sanuk, later became Wat Khok Salut. It was first built around 2200 B.E. by Luang Phor Am. There are abbots to rule in the following order. Rector Somboon Phra Suttakarn Phra Rector Charoen, Rector Poi Uttamo, Phra Khru Phisan Thammawimon and Phra Achan Somchai, a total of 9 monks, total age of Wat Khok Salut, about 800 years.
 
How to get there: Located far from Phitsanulok city, go south along the Phitsanulok-Wat Chulamani-Bang Krathum route, turn right and cross to the west bank of the Nan River for another 2 kilometers to Wat Khok Salut. The total distance is approximately 43 kilometers.
