Ingredients for Pumpkin Dessert
- 500 g pumpkin (should be peeled, cut into pieces)
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- A cup of pinwheel for steaming
- 50 g grated coconut
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
 
How to make pumpkin dessert
1. Pumpkin preparation process, steam the pumpkin until cooked, then take it out and let it cool completely.
 
2. Then put rice flour and tapioca starch into the steamed pumpkin. Then knead the mixture to combine.
 
3. Add grated coconut, sugar and salt to knead, then gradually add coconut milk and mix until well combined. and sugar dissolved completely
