Ban Nam Om Archaeological Site from various evidence found, especially the fragments of prehistoric pottery show that This ancient community of Ban Nam Om have lived until the historical period The ditch was dug around the soil called Dvaravati period. It is a community that is about 2,500 - 1,000 years ago.
 
General characteristics Ban Nam Om is an archaeological site that looks like a rather round mound. The diameter is about 500 meters, the height is about 1.80 meters from the surrounding area. which is a plain The height above sea level is about 121 meters. The hill is surrounded by a moat about 30-40 meters wide.
 
Currently, the condition of the ditch is torn intermittently. The nearby water sources are Bueng Paeb, about 1.3 kilometers northwest, and the Chi River, about 5 kilometers north of the source.
 
Evidence found A large number of fragments of pottery on the soil wall at the edge of the hill. The west is a piece of earthenware. Coarse sand mixed with pebbles and grain, available in both hand-formed and soft-orange dials.
 
How to get there: There is a route on Luklang Road that separates from the road between Amphoe Chanachai and Amphoe Kho Wang, Yasothon Province up to the west. The distance is about 3 kilometers.
